Age: 15 years or older
After participating in the workshop students will take away important basic skills that will help them draw and paint any subject.
DAY ONE
We will begin with a discussion about, products, materials, and processes.
2-hour teacher demo showing the process of creating a painting.
Lunch
1 hour learning the basics of seeing by practicing drawing and composition.
(Discussion of composition, shapes, value, shading, perspective, and measuring)
Afternoon - Students will work on their painting projects using, oil, watercolor, or acrylic paint.
Students can also produce projects in pencil, pen and ink, or charcoal.
Critique
